Payment Schedule 

• A fee of $1000 is required to reserve a property
• Another 40% payment (minus the initial deposit fee) is payable when the contracts are signed.
• 3 moths later a 25% payment is payable
• Another payment is 25% is paid 6 months after the reservation fee.
• Remaining 10% is paid on completion.
