Payment Schedule

• Apartment can be reserved with a £2000 refundable deposit
• Once a deposit is paid, a further 35% is required to sign contracts
• Next payment of 15% is paid in six weeks after contracts are signed
• A further 25% required as stage payment
• The remainder of the 25% is paid when the project is complete.
