Payment Schedule

For Phase One properties:

• A 10% is required.
• The rest of the 90% is to be settled when the contracts are signed within 4 weeks.

For Phase Two units:

• Buyer pays a 10% deposit
• Another 40% is paid when contracts are signed. The contracts need to be signed within 4 weeks of the initial deposit.
• The last 50% is paid on completion of the project.
